What we store about you

• Your email address and name, so you can sign in.
• Your keys and the domains you allow them on.
• Daily request counts per key, for your usage page and billing.
• Billing details are held by Stripe. We never see your card.

What we store about your visitors

Nothing that identifies them. A logo request tells us a domain was asked for and which key asked. We do not set cookies on the image endpoint, do not log visitor IP addresses against your account, and there is no tracking pixel — the response is an image and nothing else.

Who else is involved

• Amazon Web Services — hosting and email delivery.
• Cloudflare — content delivery in front of the API.
• Stripe — payments.

Retention

Usage counts are kept for 13 months so year-on-year comparisons work. Close your account and we delete your account, keys and usage within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for tax purposes.

Getting your data or deleting it

Email [email protected] and we will export or delete your data. There is no form to fill in.
